144-key Marriott to Generation Park

HOUSTON – A 144-room Courtyard by Marriott broke ground in Generation Park, a 4,000-acre master-planned commercial park at the northeast corner of Beltway 8.

The five-story hotel will include more than 2,000 sf of meeting space, a business center, and other amenities.

The hotel’s design will be integrated into the pedestrian promenade of Redemption Square, a 52-acre mixed-use district within Generation Park.

It is expected to be complete in 2019.
