CYPRESS – Land Tejas has purchased 320 acres north of West Rd. and west of Fry Rd. from Fry Road Venture LP.
The land will be used to expand Miramesa, a 600-acre section of the Canyon Lakes West master-planned community.
Homesites will be delivered to builders in mid-2019.
