BROWNSVILLE – The 96,713-sf Morrison Crossing at 4345 N. Expy. 83 has been sold.

Shadow-anchored by Home Depot, Academy and Kohl’s, the center caters to a large trade area including parts of Mexico.

The shopping center was purchased by Fort Worth-based Morris Capital Partners, who partnered with The Clower Co. of Corpus Christi on the acquisition.

Founded in 2010, Morris Capital Partners now owns ten shopping centers, operating more than 1 million sf in five states.
