DALLAS – Southern Land Co. has started work on Nove at Knox, a luxury multifamily development in the Knox Henderson neighborhood.
The 310-unit, 19-story building will be at 3031 Oliver Ave. It will include one- and two-bedroom units, junior suites, and penthouses ranging from 550 to 3,384 sf.
