Turtle Creek high-rise sells to Ohio pension fund

​​​​DALLAS – The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio has purchased the 13-story 3131 Turtle Creek office high-rise.

The 140,000-sf tower at the corner of Turtle Creek Blvd. and Cedar Springs Rd. was built in 1972.

In 2014, locally based Cardinal Capital Partners purchased​ and renovated the building. The redo cost nearly $10 million.

Brokers say the building sold for over $350 per sf.
