BEAUMONT – A seven-property Lisotta’s Self Storage portfolio in southeast Texas has been sold.
The facilities were built in the 1970s and ’80s and total 389,386 net rentable sf with 2,627 units.
Two properties are in Beaumont and two are in Nederland. The other facilities are in Groves, Bridge City, and Orange.
The LeClaire Group, a division of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller.
