WEST TEXAS – San Antonio-based Koontz Corp. has sold two apartment developments to Fort Worth-based Olympus Property.
Sedona Ranch is a 268-unit community at 8001 Brownstone Rd. in Odessa. The 300-unit Sundance Creek community is at 3700 Edwards St. in Midland. The Class A complexes both delivered in 2015.
Institutional Property Advisors represented Koontz.
