HOUSTON – Hines has acquired Broadstone Tinsley Park from Crow Holdings at 919 Gillette St.
The complex is a 365-unit, 311,290-sf luxury multifamily community that is currently 23.3 percent vacant.
As part of the deal, the community was renamed Tinsley On The Park.
