Sales:

• Allen/Carrollton: Crow Holdings purchased McDermott Towne Crossing—a 42,651-sf center located at 1320 W. McDermott Dr.—and Carrollton Retail Center—a 14,484-sf center located at 3320 E Hebron Pkwy.

• Carrollton: CCG Valwood LP has purchased a 22,506-sf industrial building on one acre at 1208 Tappan Circle.

• Dallas: Peter Emish has purchased 1.44 acres at 2905 Thomas Ave. from McKinney Square Properties.

Lease: 

• Coppell: Black Horse Carriers Inc. leased 63,911 sf of industrial space at Park West Crossing, 501 Southwestern Blvd.​​
