Located at SH 45 & N Lake Creek Pkwy., the 373-unit complex will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
The apartments will range in size from 504–1,938 sf.
The community is easily accessible to Hwy 183 and SH 45 and will be within walking distance of the Lakeline Metrorail commuter station.
Developer StreetLights Residential expects the first apartment homes to be available in 2019.
