SAN ANTONIO – Locally based Koontz Corp. is developing the Foster Ridge Distribution Center, a 327,000-sf industrial project near the corner of Foster Rd. and I-10 E.
The cross-dock, concrete tilt-wall project will feature 32-ft clear heights, 75 dock-high overhead doors, four ramps, trailer storage, and 130-ft truck courts.
Work will start this week with delivery scheduled for first quarter 2019.
