SAN ANTONIO – Local developer Koontz Corp. will begin construction early May 2018 on a 327,000-sf industrial facility near the corner of Foster Rd. and I-10 East.
The project, scheduled to be completed 1Q 2019, will be designed to accommodate a large single user or multiple smaller tenants.
Called Foster Ridge Distribution Center, the cross-dock, concrete tilt-wall project will feature:
- 32-foot clear heights with speed bays and optimized column spacing;
- 75 dock-high overhead doors;
- four ramps;
- trailer storage; and,
- 130-foot truck courts on either side of the building.
It will be designed to accommodate a large single user or multiple smaller tenants.
