IRVING – Houston-based Hines has purchased a three-building, 259,555-sf industrial park.
The DFW East Logistics Center sits on 18 acres near SH 161. It is 15 percent leased to Universal Health Services and Bisco Industries.
CBRE brokered the deal. Stream Realty Partners is leasing the property.
