SUGAR LAND – Taylor Morrison, a homebuilder, has acquired 107 acres from the Brazos Bend Trust for an expansion of the Avalon at Riverstone community.
The property will provide 300 lots for the builder’s two brands, Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes.
The builder will donate ten acres to the Missouri City Parks and Recreation Department for a park.
