​​​AUSTIN – Office sales across the state dropped 63 percent year over year in first quarter 2018, according to CommercialCafé. 

The 5.6 million sf of inventory sold was the lowest quarterly total in five years. ​

In the first quarter, office prices in Texas climbed to an average of $199 per sf. 

Nearly 4.8 million sf was delivered in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. An additional 6.7 million sf of office space is on track for second quarter.
