Catalyst Houston residential development delivers

​​HOUSTON – Hunt Cos. and Marquette​ Cos. have completed Catalyst Houston, a luxury high-rise apartment tower downtown.

The 359-unit development sits on a full city block bordered by Texas Ave., Austin St., Prairie St., and La Branch St. It​​ includes structured parking for 550 vehicles and 7,400-sf of ground-floor retail. 

​​Ares Management LP managed the funds. Locally ​based Ziegler Cooper Architects was the lead designer and architect. ​​
