AUSTIN – Valor Capital Partners (VCP) has purchased The Overlook at Rob Roy, a 100,000-sf, Class A office building.
Built in 2002, the property sits just off Bee Cave Rd. near Barton Creek Blvd.
This is the fifth local acquisition for VCP, which will build a two-story parking structure on the property.
Equitable Commercial Realty represented the seller.
