HOUSTON – Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Taylor Morrison has purchased 107 acres for an expansion of the Avalon at Riverstone community.
The property will provide 300 lots for the builder’s two brands, Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes.
The land was purchased from the Brazos Bend Trust. Ten acres will be donated to the Missouri City Parks and Recreation Department.
