SUGAR LAND – Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital has begun a $60 million expansion project at 16655 Southwest Fwy.
The plan includes a new three-story, 30,500-sf building and renovation of the existing Sweetwater Pavilion.
The new building will house Houston Methodist Sugar Land's women's health center of excellence.
The new Sweetwater Pavilion will house the Houston Methodist Childbirth Center and an expanded Breast Care Center.
Construction of the new building began in February 2018, and the Sweetwater Pavilion should be completed by second quarter 2020.
