​​The new tenants include Aldi, Ross Dress for Less and Chick-fil-A, and existing tenant Dollar Tree will relocate within the shopping center. TEXAS CITY – Edifis Group has announced that it will
redevelop the 8.4-acre Palmer Plaza in Texas City.

The $3.5 million project includes adding new tenants and
improving the aesthetics with better lighting, signage, and landscaping, as well
as removing overhead lines.

The new tenants include Aldi, Ross Dress for Less and
Chick-fil-A, and existing tenant Dollar Tree will relocate within the shopping
center. ​
