HOUSTON – An online furniture importer and distributor is packing up and moving its operations from Boston to Houston.
TTD Houston Realty LLC, a subsidiary of East-West Furniture LLC, has purchased a two-building industrial distribution facility totaling 172,848 sf. The property is on eight acres at 175 Southbelt Industrial Dr.
NAI Partners represented TTD Houston Realty in the transaction. Oxford Partners represented the seller, Clark-Elliott LLC.
