NORTHWEST AUSTIN – The 118-key Courtyard by Marriott Austin Northwest/Lakeline has opened its doors. 

The property sits adjacent to the intersection of US Hwy. 183 and SH 45 at 12833 Ranch Rd. 620 N.

The hotel offers nine suites and 109 standard rooms, ranging in size from 360–775 sf.

The hotel is positioned in a booming shopping district, home to the 1.1 million-sf Lakeline Mall.

The property is in Austin’s Cedar Park submarket, which was dubbed one of the country’s fastest-growing cities by the U.S. Census Bureau.​​
