MUD rolls to 900-home Spring Brook Village

​​HOUSTON – Meritage Homes has gotten approval from the Houston City Council to create a nearly 151-acre municipal utility district (MUD).

The MUD is for the 900-home master-planned community Spring Brook Village, located in Spring Branch within the former Pine Crest Golf Club.

Spring Brook Village will include townhomes, patio homes, and executive homes up to 2,870 sf with prices ranging from the mid-$200,000s to the mid-$400,000s.
