Simmons to 31K sf at 609 Main

​​​HOUSTON – Simmons & Company International signed a lease for about 31,000 sf on the 38th and 39th floors in 609 Main at Texas Ave.

Simmons’ Houston office—its only one in the U.S.—currently is at 700 Louisiana St., known as the Bank of America Center.

The 48-story, 1.07 million-sf tower 609 Main just opened in 2017.
