EL PASO – The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors (GEPAR) has released home sales data for December 2014. Some quick facts include:

• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $119,950, down 2.4 percent from November 2014.
• Existing single-family home sales increased 3.2 percent from November 2014 for a December 2014 total of 318 sold units.
• Condos decreased in price to $95,000, down 32.6 percent from November 2014.
• Existing condo sales increased 88.9 percent in December 2014 from November 2014, for a total of 17 sold units.
