Fullfillment hub + logistics center to I-35

​​​​​​KYLE – Developers and officials in Hays County are set to break ground on a two-building distribution and fulfillment hub called Hays Logistics Center.

The center will be on the west side of I-35 between Kyle Crossing and Loop 4.

It will add more than 400,000 sf of space in the I-35 fast-growing corridor between Austin and San Antonio.

The logistic center is part of the broader Hays Commerce Center mixed-use development.

​Kyle Economic Development Director Diana Blank-Torres said the center will probably attract companies involved in logistics or some sort of light-industrial use.
