The purchase includes 645,000 sf of Southern Dallas County buildings at 3951 Corporate Dr. and 3901 Corporate Dr. in Lancaster and 4685 Mountain Creek Pkwy. in southwest Dallas.

Tenants in the buildings bought include United Parcel Service Inc., Simmons, M S International, Whirlpool, SITCO Lumber and Cardinal Health.

According to the most recent DFW report from CBRE, less than 6 percent of DFW’s warehouse space was empty at the end of March 2018—one of the lowest vacancy rates in decades.

More than 19 million sf of additional warehouse and industrial space was being built in the first quarter 2018.

And about 45 percent of what’s being built is already leased to tenants.
