HOUSTON – Clay Development & Construction will build Office @ North Post Oak, a seven-building, 150,000-sf office campus.
The property will sit on 7.5 acres between the Galleria/Post Oak area and the planned high-speed rail terminal at Northwest Mall. The buildings will have 12,000-sf floor plates and 14-ft ceiling heights.
Clay will start on the first two buildings in the third quarter and deliver them in first quarter 2019.
Frost Bank is providing construction financing. Cisneros Design Studio designed the project.
