DALLAS – New York-based Clarion Partners has purchased over 3.7 million sf of warehouse and distribution buildings from Denver-based Pauls Corp.
The purchase includes a total of 645,000 sf at 3901 and 3951 Corporate Dr. in Lancaster and 4685 Mountain Creek Pkwy. in Dallas.
Other industrial buildings in the sale are in Denver, Atlanta, and Las Vegas.
CBRE negotiated the sale.
