PASADENA – Avera Cos. plans to build a 148,000-sf distribution building on 11.8 acres at the corner of Hwy. 225 and Red Bluff Rd.
Avera has been exceptionally active in the southeast Houston industrial submarket.
Recent transactions include its acquisition of 368 acres from PPG Industries, its construction of 562,000 sf for Kuraray America, and its construction of 500,000 sf for Vinmar International.
