What’s The Sound? 250K sf to Cypress Waters

​​IRVING – Developer Billingsley Co. is working on another office building for its 1,000-acre Cypress Waters community on LBJ Fwy.

Billingsley has filed building plans with the City of Dallas for a five-story, 250,000-sf office building at 3200 Olympus Blvd.

The five-story office project will be part of a mixed-use development called The Sound.

The offices are across the street from The Sound retail area, which has shops and restaurants fronting on North Lake.

In all more than 6 million sf of offices are planned for Cypress Waters that will eventually house more than 20,000 workers.
