​​Entry sign to Wolf Ranch neighborhoodGEORGETOWN – More than 100 homes and 600 apartments have been built in a new master-planned community by developer Hillwood Communities.

Called Wolf Ranch, the community will eventually have 1,700 single-family homes and 900 multifamily units, plus a new Georgetown ISD elementary school.

Encompassing 755 acres, the community sits to the northwest of I-35 and Hwy. 29.

Phase one will have 213 homes at full buildout on 80 acres along Wolf Ranch Pkwy.

Single-family homes are selling from the upper $200,000s to just under $600,000.

Two apartments in the development, Hillstone at Wolf Ranch and Retreat at Wolf Ranch, area leasing out 635 units that have been completed.

Site prep and infrastructure groundwork on phase two is expected to be complete early summer 2018.​
