HOUSTON – Sawyer Yards has opened Sabine Street Studios—a repurposed former Halliburton manufacturing plant.
The 48,000-sf building at 1907 Sabine St., within the Washington Avenue Arts District, will have 67 studio spaces for lease.
Inside the studio building, there are two gallery spaces and spacious corridors to accommodate events.
Studios will open to the public in April 2018.
