New York investor snags Farmers Branch office tower

​​​​​FARMERS BRANCH – New York-based Taconic Capital Advisors LP has purchased the International Plaza I & II buildings in one of DFW’s largest office deals so far this year.

Built in 1999 and 2002, the 13- and 15-story Class A towers total nearly 760,000 sf. They sit just north of Spring Valley Rd. on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway. 

The new owners plan to renovate and lease the buildings. ​

The third International Plaza building is owned by Crescent Real Estate LLC and Long Wharf Real Estate Partners​​​​ LLC.​​​​​
