​​​​HOUSTON – Dallas-based Trammel Crow Co. and New York-based Clarion Partners have broken ground on phase two of Fallbrook Pines Business Park.

The two Class A industrial buildings will be 291,606 sf and 368,467 sf and will deliver in November. Locally based Powers Brown Architecture designed the buildings, and Katy-based Rosenberger Construction is the general contractor. CBRE is leasing the project.

The 127-acre Fallbrook Pines Business Park is near the intersection of Beltway 8 and SH 249 on Fallbrook Dr. The 709,000-sf first phase broke ground in late 2014 and delivered in October 2015. Phase one is fully leased.
