SAN ANTONIO – A California real estate firm has purchased the $102 million Éilan Luxury Residences near The Rim—one of the largest in a recent wave of multifamily acquisitions in San Antonio by out-of-state investors.
FPA Multifamily bought the 17.2-acre, 539-unit complex on March 30, 2018 for an undisclosed price.
The purchase also includes 17 retail suites.
Netherlands-based Wereldhave built Éilan in 2012 and sold the community to Lone Star Funds in 2013.
