409-Unit Alpha West planned near Galleria, then more

FARMERS BRANCH – A new apartment project is being planned for a new, mixed-use project near the Galleria shopping mall called Alpha West.

JPI is constructing a 409-unit, $74 million apartment complex, named Jefferson Alpha West, as part of the project at the southwest corner of Inwood Rd. and Alpha Rd.

The apartment complex will have a resort-style pool, a two-story clubhouse, and a fitness center, and the complex with be within walking distance of the Galleria.

Up to 300,000 sf of office space, 100,000 sf of retail, and a 155-room hotel are also planned in the broader Alpha West project.​
