KINGWOOD – Watercrest at Kingwood will add a second phase that will bring an option for assisted living to the Kingwood retirement community.
The 145,117-sf expansion, dubbed Garden Village, will add 101 residences, including 73 independent living and 28 assisted-living residences.
Watercrest at Kingwood, located at 24109 Kingwood Pl. Dr., opened in 2015 with 174 independent living residences for age 55 and up.
