SAN MARCOS – An affiliate of New York-based Alden Street Capital has purchased Dakota Ranch from Alex Brown Realty.
Built in 2002, the 316-bed community at 1818 Old Ranch Rd. 12 offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 523 to 1,111 sf.
CBRE brokered the deal.
