AUSTIN – EastGate condos at 2015 Manor Rd. are underway.
The condos will start in the low $200,000, with the average unit at $307,000.
The four-story, mixed-use use condominium project will house 68 upscale units totaling 58,590 sf.
The condos will consist of one- and two-bedroom units, live/work floor plans, and retail and office space on the ground floor.
EastGate comes to meet some of the growth of the area spurred by the expansion of the University of Texas and the UT Dell Medical School.
The EastGate condos will be move-in ready in summer 2019.
