Living to office switch at 300 Colorado St.

​​​​AUSTIN – The tower planned for 300 Colorado St. is in the process of shifting from a residential complex to an office building.

An updated plan for the building now describes:

• ​a 34-story office tower;
• 340,000 sf of office space;
• 10,000 sf of restaurant space on the first two floors; and
• a 300,000-sf parking garage with 727 spaces

As previously reported, construction is expected to begin December 2018 with delivery estimated December 2020.

The entire office building is preleased to Parsley Energy.​
