​​​​​​​​DENTON – A mixed-use student housing development has broken ground at Texas Women’s University.

The Residential Village will be comprised of three four- and five-story buildings that will include 872 student beds.

The $75.5 million project is aimed to enhance the on-campus living experience for TWU sophomores.​

The complex will offer a fitness center, lounge and study areas, multipurpose space, and offices.

The community is scheduled to be delivered August 20​19.
