Looking for a (future) place? Three new apartments to Midland

​​​​​MIDLAND – Several new apartment complexes are underway in the Tall City right now.

At 200 Beal Pkwy., construction on Merritt Monument has started. The project is set to bring 104 apartments to Midland.

A $27.5 million development named Pavilion Park 2 will bring 16 multifamily buildings when complete in early 2020, according to TDLR​.

Pavilion Park 2 will be at 1412 Mockingbird Ln.

Nearby, Sandstone Crossing will offer 39 townhomes at 6401 Sandstone St.​​

The townhomes are expected to be complete summer 2018.
