SAN ANTONIO – Chicago-based Accend Companies has purchased the 336-unit Flats at Big Tex apartment complex.
The 7.5-acre property at 423 Blue Star opened in 2016 and offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. It was valued at $70.2 million by the Bexar Appraisal District.
The NRP Group and local developer James Lifshutz were the sellers.
