Skanska’s 750K-SF Capitol Tower tops out

​​HOUSTON – Skanska USA Commercial Development’s 35-story Capitol Tower has topped out. 

Located at 811 Rusk St., the 750,000-sf tower is expected to be complete in 2019.

The lowest floor of the building will connect to Houston’s underground tunnels and will include a 7,000-sf fitness center.

Above that, the lobby level will feature public space that will include more than 20,000 sf of retail and dining.

On top of Capitol Tower’s attached parking garage, there will be a 24,000-sf rooftop courtyard called SkyPark.​
