HOUSTON – The Cannon, a roughly 120,000-sf mixed-use project that’s part of Houston’s emerging innovation hub network, is underway.
Costing between $120 million and $150 million, the project is located north of I-10 and west of Beltway 8.
The space is planned to feature a co-working component, an event center, an athletic facility, restaurant and retail, and a multifamily area.
The site broke ground in April 2018, and is expected to open in December.
