HOUSTON – Triten Real Estate Partners has sold an industrial park, 5737-5747 Brittmoore Rd., to St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co.
The Intrepid Business Park totals 270,750 sf on a 17.13-acre site in Houston’s West Outer Loop Industrial submarket.
The industrial park is currently home to five tenants, including Impact Floors, DXP Enterprises, Dahlil, and Johnson Controls.
