The properties are all within the City of Houston.

Office space leases:
  • 5444 Westheimer: Fiesta Mart LLC leased 28,621 sf from Aecom for headquarters.
  • 5444 Westheimer: Fiesta Mart LLC leased 3,165 sf from Franklin Post Oak Ltd. for headquarters expansion.
  • 1616 South Voss: Cinco Energy Management Group LLC leased 7,296 sf from Sanvoss Properties LP.
Industrial space lease and sold:
  • 6315 West By Northwest Blvd.: Banta Corporation leased 129,600 sf from Claymoore Northwest Inc.​
  • 5075 South Loop East: Vital Records Storage LP sold 51,448 sf and 1.18 acres to Whp Associates LLC for an expansion.
