Big D downtown apartments’ design approved

​DALLAS – Developers have received design approvals for an apartment project planned in downtown Dallas’ Harwood Street historic district.​

The building will include 130 residential units and sit atop a more than 800 parking space underground parking garage.

The ground floor of the building will have 5,000 to 6,000 sf of retail space, plus a leasing office, and a gym for residents.​​

In addition, the building will overlook the planned ​Harwood Park​.
