HOUSTON – Stag Industrial Inc. has purchased Brookhollow West Business Park from AIV Inc.
The two Class A industrial warehouses total 232,950 sf. Built between 2007 and 2008, the buildings at 7140 and 7049 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. N. are fully leased to three tenants.
The property includes 24-ft clear heights, 40 dock-high doors, five drive-up ramps, and 277 parking spaces.
HFF represented the seller.
